ORIGINAL TITLE: LOADING UP A ‘BLUNDYBUSTER’
Malcolm Cobb’s article on turned cases for old calibres (Jun ’92) prompted me to get my Martini out and to continue from where I had left off three years ago. As my experiences so far may be of interest to others working with these ‘blundybusters’, I have set them out below.

Unwelcome Visitors Some indeterminate noise woke me. I lay in the darkness of the tent, listening. Another soft noise came from close by. It was not any sound I could identify, even though I was now fully awake.

It’s 08.30 hrs of a Saturday morning in early April, and members of West Rand Wing Shooters Club (among them YT and son Harvey) gather at Koedoe Park in Rant-en-Dal, Krugersdorp, before setting out for a day of dove and pigeon shooting.

July Issue: Georg Grohmann recently returned to South Africa after 12 years in Australia. In that country he indulged in a lot of varmint shooting, and his experience with various calibres has confirmed his belief that the Swift Still Reigns Supreme. (Magnum Ed. July '84)
